This project reimagines Frank Ocean’s Blonde album cover using an unconventional material: Home Depot paint samples. Rather than recreating the image with traditional paint, I ripped the samples into individual shapes and layered and glued them together to build the final composition.

The process transformed a familiar image into something tactile and fragmented, using color, texture, and repetition to reconstruct the album artwork by hand. The accompanying process video documents the piece coming together from individual scraps of color to the completed composition.
